The Ciri Residences commercial and residential complex is located on a 7,220m2 site in the quickly expanding urban area of Cau Giay in Hanoi. The program for this 38-storey building called for two apartment towers connected at their base by a 5-storey commercial center podium. The intent for the design of this project was to provide a natural and green concept, as well as to propose an approach to apartment housings that would simultaneously meet the lifestyle and activities of Hanoians and adapt to the climate of Northern Vietnam.
